We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

SHIPPING

* By default, we ship from Perth, Australia via regular shipping mode with a regular non-express transit time.

* Transit time are only estimates, not guaranteed.

-> Australia: 3-6 business days

-> USA: 10-30 business days

* Actual delivery time varies & largely depends on your shipping option. Shipping upgrades offer quicker tracked overseas airmail & express delivery. You may add either   option to your cart from our Shipping Upgrade section.

* Unexpected delays beyond our control may occur with incomplete or incorrect address, items held by overseas customs, bad weather conditions, labour strikes, etc.

RETURN / EXCHANGE

* Please contact us first in 3 days to mail out in 7 days of delivery.
* Restocking fee to restore & relist items may be payable in some return or exchange cases.
* Custom made or personalized items and items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature.
* Shipping cost is non-refundable. Items mailed under the free shipping promotion will revoke it. Original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund item price upon its safe return. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
* Items are to be returned safely in its original condition & packaging. If damaged, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

CANCELLATION

* We do not accept cancellation but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
